1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

4 Account Registration

• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank account statement)
• Selfie with identification document, as required

jili44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

jili44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. jili44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jili44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

All transactions on jili44 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili44 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

jili44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jili44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

jili44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jili44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without valid cause.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that jili44 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the Company's reputation.

Upon account closure, jili44 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account, net of any amounts owed to jili44, within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jili44 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jili44 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority overseeing jili44's operations in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jili44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili44 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
